    Agnes Wulandari, known as Agnes, hails from Jakarta. She currently holds the title of Middle Associate at AP Law, specializing in Civil Law, Agrarian Law, Corporate Law, and Commercial Matters. Education-wise, she completed her Magister Kenotariatan degree in Notarial Law from the University of Indonesia in 2021. Her undergraduate studies led her to attain a Sarjana Hukum degree in Economic and Business Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2014. In her role at AP Law, Agnes provides counsel on corporate and commercial matters. She also co-author a notable publication in Lexology Getting The Deal Through with Energy Dispute Topic. Her daily tasks involve crafting legal memoranda and preparing various legal documents like Memorandums of Understanding and Agreements.   In her career, she has been engaged in several noteworthy cases:
    • Agnes represented an aviation holding company based in France, acting as counsel for lessor, owner, and security trustee in an aircraft novated lease transaction against an Indonesian airline company. She played the role of Contract and Opinion Drafter, resulting in the successful novation of the aircraft lease.
    • Her involvement extended to one of Indonesia's most reputable Cosmetic Companies, where Agnes served as the Project In-Charge. The company aimed to expand its operations through the acquisition of land for a factory expansion, ultimately acquiring approximately 64,000 square meters of land through the relinquishment of land rights.
    • Agnes worked with a conglomerate company in Indonesia, leading the General Meeting of Shareholders process as the Project In-Charge. The successful conduct of this meeting involved all stakeholders, including shareholders, the board of directors, and the board of commissioners, and showcased the resolution of conflicts among participants.
    • Her professional interests revolve around civil and corporate matters, including civil law and company law. Before joining Anggraeni and Partners, she gained experience in transaction projects such as Aircraft Lease Financing and Independent Power Plant Financing.
    Looking ahead, Agnes aspires to become an independent professional, charting her course towards a fulfilling and successful legal career.
